Spanish harpist Anna Quiroga brings her Hispanic heritage to bear on this recital of music by Spanish and Latin American composers, with timeless classics by Albéniz and Granados alongside Ginastera's Sonatine and music by contemporary composer Arturo Fuentes.
A graduate and scholar of the Royal College of Music, Anna Quiroga now enjoys a busy schedule of international appearances as a seasoned recitalist and soloist with leading orchestras worldwide. As a pasionate champion of new music for the harp, Anna regularly features works by living composers in her performances, including numerous new commissions written especially for her.
